I would like to improve and freshen up on my knife skills. I was wondering if anyone knows of a DVD that is decent enough to watch and own.

Im sure good eats has osmethign on DVD for you.

I would jsut practice cutting carrots make the smal ldice, battonets, brunoise, juliennes fine julliennes all that fun stuff
