| This is probably a very simple question for most of you. I just need to know how to keep fruit fresh after cutting it up. It needs to stay over night and I don't want it to go brown. |

| Welcome to Chef Talk, Parks. We hope you have a look around and see all the great information we have here! What types of fruit are you trying to keep fresh? Some will do well in acidulated water (water + lemon or other citrus juice), others can survive with FruitFresh or other methods. Others just can't be prepped too far in advance.
