Default what to do with white grapes besides wine?

I got a mess of white grapes and I dont know what to do with them except make vinaigrette. Shed some light?

If you have a food dehydrator, you can make white (golden) raisins out of them.

You could half them lenghwise and caramelize w/cognac & pine nuts for nice relish to accompany grilled strong-flavored fish (makerel escabeche-stile)

Hi seantheredbird,

Thinking outside the box here: freeze them individually on a cookie sheet.

Eating them (letting them melt) one at a time frozen is a nutritious snack.

Adding the frozen grapes to drinks is a novel approach to cooling beverages.
