Whew! After reading the spider posts I thought dogs of the furry kind were on this menu. As far as hot dogs, down South its just good chili, onions, mustard and ketchup, and of course the dog, not furry either.

Today I ate my first Boar's Head dogs. Very good, satisfying snap, nice balanced flavor. They may be my current favorites, although there are still some other brands to try.

Unfortunately I only had Grey Pupon mustard at home, which didn't go well with the pups. Something like Gulden's Spicy Brown or a deli-type mustard may be a better choice. All you Boar's Head fans, what mustard do you like with the pups?
