Penne Pasta in a Creamy-Tomato sauce and Italian Sausage:

Ingredients are:

Spicy Italian Sausage (from www.dougsqualitymeats.com)
Penne Pasta
Garlic
Shallots
Salt/Pepper
Roma (Fresh or Quality Canned) Tomatoes
White Wine
Chicken Stock
Heavy Cream[/font]
[FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']Fresh or Frozen Peas
Fresh Basil
Fresh Parmigiano Reggiano[/font]
