Hey. I bought some blacktip shark steaks recently thinking that I would be able to find recipes on the internet. Unfortunately, I haven't found too many recipes that would be that easy for me. Can anyone tell me a good recipe? I figured on grilling them, but not totally sure the best way to season them or how long to cook them. If another method of cooking would be better than grilling, please let me know. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Good luck with it - shark gets called flake here - have only had it battered and deep fried, it delicious, but I'm sure there's healthier options which would be just as good.

I worked with Mako shark a little while back. We did a very simple rub with olive oil and generous seasoning with S&P before throwing on the grill.

Have to be careful not to overcook like all other fish, it had a pleasant mild flavor.
