Default Unusual food preparation

Chinese buffets use a lot of garlic I guess.
Maybe the garlic being prepared is for Garlic wine?

Leave it up to us Chinese to think and do something like this.

Its really moments like this I can't really say "I'm proud of being Chinese".

Hey Luc..better late than never..as for the garlic stomp, it's just another problem that the Chinese have to deal with. Of course, if no one's gotten sick from it, well.... it's still a mental thing tho. I know there's lots of stuff we'll never know about in all kinds of restaurants!!! But I won't eat there if I am ever in NY, ha ha
