| What setting should my kitchen aid pasta roller be on for ravioli? The manual says 4, I tried that an they are WAAYYYYY to thick, I had to throw them all out. I'm thinking 5 will be to this as well. Anyone know what number I should go up to? TIA! |

| Well my amps go up to 11. ![]() (My machine goes to 6 and I roll it out to 6 sometimes - very thin stuff. Sometimes I do 5 but it's much thicker and I think a little tougher...so for me it's a personal preference thing.) |
