Default Ideas for a sauce for shirmp and cheese ravioli.

Does anyone have any ideas for a sauce for shirmp and cheese ravioli?

I have a couple in mind but they dont really stand out as being perfect for that dish.

TIA

Pesto or a variation

sage and brown butter with a bit of garlic

A spicy fruit salsa kind of thing sounds good to me too. I know it's odd, but it's kind of the idea of fruit and cheese contrasted with shimp and cocktail sauce.
Not the standard mango peach salsa. I'm thinking some cantaloupe and honeydew dressed with lime, some ground chile--fresh is fine, but I think the ground chile specks on the fruit is visually appealing-- and some red onion, cilantro and lime juice.

What kind of cheese? The sauces should be very different based on what you are using: a gruyre , ricotta or other...

mmm... I like Phatchs idea of a fruit salsa. Or maybe a cranberry cream sauce. Something a little sweet.

White wine, a sprig of fresh thyme, medium dice of tomato, unsalted butter.
Put it all in the pan......brings itself together....almost like a pan buerre blanc....clean flavor for a light stuffed pasta......
