 need experience ok so before going or deciding to go to culinary school i want to see if i actually like it and get a bit of experience. How can i get experience when in reality i have no experience.      |

| Can't you just approach some restaurants and ask if you can do some work experience?

 Why not have a look at the Culinary Students' forum here? There've been similar discussions, and something may spark for you in some of the answers. Jenyfari also has a good suggestion. Even an accomplished home cook will find a very different atmosphere and different challenges in a professional kitchen. I speak from experience!
