| My raviolis floated to the top too fast, almost instantly when putting them in the boiling water. What did I do wrong? TIA |

| My thought as well. Great minds . . . ![]() After you put the top layer of dough over the filling, press down gently around the blob of filling before cutting. This will eliminate the extra air.
