| need to get answer on cooking for a friends party that will have 80 people. cooking two main dishes, 1... lasagna 2... chicken people will be eating buffet style and how much should i cook of both. |

| I would cook 3/4 chicken breast per person,so thats 60 and cut them in 1/2 and lasagna i would make 4 large foil oblong pans and cut each into 3x8. |

| thanks transformation. may i also ask just to make sure of your reply that on my math when you state "3/4 chick breast p/p thats 60", need to purchase 30lbs of breasts. on the lasagna being cut 3x8 that this will produce how many servings per tray. once again thanks. |
