 Pig Roast i"m going to cook a 50-60# pig on a spit over a wood fire in 6 weeks or so. Any help would be helpful, I have not done one since about 1078. I have a spit built and a slow elect motor so far, but am thinking of putting into an old fuel tank as to capture smoke and heat for more even cooking.  |
