some honest feedback from someone who enjoys step by step and photography/video.....

(which if you read the site, instead of just spamming, you'd probably already know that!)

...the videos go to fast.....before I read the caption, or look at what you're doing, you're already doing something else and the scene has changed. very hard to follow (at least the curry video I watched)

as well, you have to add some instruction, that's the benefit of video over pictures....you can talk about what you are doing while you are doing it and what I like about TV is when a chef tells you what NOT to do....i.e. don't put the heat on too high, don't cook the onions too much, etc..
