I would. But I don't drink. And goat leg sounds much better to me than beer.

I'd also suggest a shot of corn whiskey for a headier body.

so how'd it turn out? I've got goat body parts in my freezer that need to be consumed.....leg, about 6 thick small chops, some ground.

some of the goats I get are only 19-28# live weight, their parts are little....well most of them. Get um from the chevre farm.....boys just aren't kept around a dairy farm.
