I was wondering if anybody had some good ideas for using goat cheese. I tried it for the first time today, and it seems like it may be difficult to get a person who does not like different kinds of foods to want to try it and continue to want enjoy it. Me myself, I enjoy trying and eating different kinds of foods. But if any of you have any sugesstions, I would gladly appreciate them. ------------------

Crumble over a salad of wild greens and dress lightly with some good balsamic vinegar. Toss with penne and herbs and garlic. Use it in a frittata. Wrap it in some puff pastry and bake. Definetly sounds like lunch.

Thanks for your replies. But do you agree with me that is hard to get people to like ingredients that are exotic to them? I will try these combonations and see how they work out, and yes they sound like lunch to me too. ------------------

You could try an Arab approach or a Hungarian one! The Arabs tend to soften it with yoghurt, and then incorporate chopped tomatoes and onions - or anything else for that matter. It's particularly good with mint, too. The Hungarians make something called Korozot (pronounced Ker-rer-zert). They keep it relatively dry, but mash it up with lots of sweet paprika powder, some mustard, grated onion, a little butter and a little beer! Delicious for breakfast.
