Default Trader Joe's Pizza Dough

The TJ's sell ready made pizza dough in plastic bags. It appears that all one has to do is roll out the dough, top it, and pop it into the oven. Has anyone tried their dough? Is it pretty good? Any tips on using it? I prefer a thin, crisp crust - NYC style. Will the TJ's dough give me that?

Has anyone tried this: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/07/di...tml?ref=dining ?

Thanks!

shel

I've used it, frankly don't remember it.....which says a whole lot.
My fav TJ's pizza crust is the one on their frozen, guyere, ham, caramelized onion with the little bit of light creamy sauce......thin, crispy, flakey.....man, how do they do that? Yum. kinda pricey at $4.29 for a small pizza, but worth it.

Coincidentally, I'm heading to TJ's today to pick up some salmon for croquettes - maybe I'll look at that pizza - don't recall seeing it before. I want pizza this week! The small ones are just the right size - fit easily into the fridge, no leftovers. Is this one of the small pies?
