Default Looking For Veal Chop Recipes

Hello,

I am planning a three course meal with Veal Chops as the main dish. I haven't done much work with this particular cut, but I want to keep the meal as simple and light as possible for my family. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Kuan and Shel,

Thanks to both of you for suggesting the Sauce Chausseur for Veal Chops. I give this a try.

All the Best,
