Default Using powdered egg yolks

Hello,

I'll be making Eggnog tonight for a few people. My question is, I'll be using the Magic Bullit Blender. I will also be using Egg Yolk Powder for the eggs. Do I have to first mix the Egg Yolk Powder with water or can I add it as is with the other ingretients? And then blend the Eggnog.

Thank you,
George

Default egg yolk

You'll get a better mix if you add the yolks with the sugar and other dry ingredients and then rehydrate as needed. Yolk is rehydrated at the level of 1 part yolk powder to 1.3 parts water so keep that in your mind as you rehydrate. Hope that helps.
