| I've been cooking casually for several years. I'm looking to improve my cooking knowledge/skills since what I know has been obtained through watching tv/others. The classes at ICE looked intriguing, but were a little expensive. Does anyone have any other recommendations? For those who took the ICE recreational classes, what did you think of them? Thanks, |

| we've had posters that were pastry instructors at ICE...MBrown? several years ago some of us from Cheftalk took a field trip to ICE...it was going from Peter Kump to ICE that week....beautiful facility with wiz-bang equipment but that tells you nada about continuing ed classes. |
