Wink What is a good paperback book naming and describing fish

What is a good paperback book naming, picturing, and describing fish for human food? I have "Fishes Of The Pacific Coast", Goodson, and "Pacific Coast Fishes", Peterson Field Guides.

We struggle with this all the time....first try GoFish.com....they will now give you free access to their on-line library. Secondly, as recommended in another topic by a member, the American Fisheries Institute publishes numerous books by region.

But I have never found one book that seemed to satisfy all my needs.....if anyone else feels different let's hear it

Couldn't find any reference to American Fisheries Institute. Found lots of them to American Fisheries Society.
