Emeril? I think it could only be used for shows that are bearable to watch! After drinking some, I might be able to stand it, though.

The key is to tape Emeril, play the Iron Chef game, and then watch the tape. Silly boy.

And, if I played an Emeril drinking game (after the Iron Chef game), I might actually be able to stomach watching Bobby Flay!
Ideas for the emeril game:

he high fives the audience- 1 drink
he tries to high five someone and misses-2 drinks
he says "bam!"- one sip
he says "take it up a notch"- one drink
he shamelessly plugs himself-one very small sip (he probably does this a lot)
Any other ideas?

Hmmm . . .

1. The "Hilda" penalty - everytime he mentions his mother, you have to chug-a-lug the contents of your glass and refill immediately (this will separate the strong from the weak).
2. Every time he says "add a little essence" in that suggestive hissy way, you take a sip from your neighbor-to-the-right's glass.

Do we know more about Emeril than we really should? I thought it was interesting that in his old shows he's using La Creuset cookware; now that he's got his own line he's switched. Maybe La Creuset wasn't interested in making a deal with him.

Since it is holiday time, I will stick with my favorite drinking game. The Grinch drinking game. The only rule is that you must drink every time the word "who" is said. See how many of you make it through that!!! LOL

I hope you don't have many owls around your house, Pete! Does the "who" in "whoville" count?

Of course the Hoo in Hooville counts!

As far as Emeril goes, you forgot:
Happy, Happy, Happy
Pork Fat Rules
...and we'll just add about 60 cloves of garlic!

Default Carmine

I tried to find the drinking game, but couldn't. It seems to have been removed, or no longer working.

Anyone know how I can read/view it?

Thanks

Carmine

ditto -- I just tried and couldn't get to it! I'm all stoked about getting into the game, but don't have the base! Barrooooo!

Emerilism -- "I don't know where you come from, but where I come from, my meat isn't already seasoned"

'nuff said.
