Default canning w pressure cooker

Hi I make my dogs food and wanted to can it for when we are traveling. I can food often so I am used to doing this. My question is do I have to use salt to can it? I have canned just meat and see it doesn't require salt to preserve and is very good but my recipe has ground round, carrots, potatoes in it would the veggies require me to use the salt? Thank you I hope I am posting in the right area! Patty

Spoiled dog
My wife fed a friend's cats while the friend visited China. She was a Chinese woman. Before she left she had to train her cats to eat from a bowl. She said it wasn't easy. These two cats were used to being hand-fed with chopsticks LOL talk about spoiled . . .
