| Hi Shel- At my local bulk store, they have a delicious dark chocolate S/F melting wafer, which i use to make all of my homemade chocolates. I will find out the brand next time I visit! Also, Asher's Chocolates (manufacturer out of Pennsylvania) makes amazing s/f products! |

| For eating I like Guylian dark. I don't use SF chocolate to bake. I used to like CarboLite dark chocolate but I haven't found it recently. Dove makes a decent dark one, individually wrapped pieces in flavors: raspberry, mint and plain.

| Shel, some people have certain gastrointestinal reactions to SF chocolate. It's the maltitol! I have to limit my intake or pay the price.

| Has anyone seen s/f chocolate anywhere made with Splenda instead of maltitol or mannitol?? That may solve some of those "issues" ![]() |
