| I have a Thai squash soup recipe that serves 6, but I want to prepare it for approx 50 servings. My question lies with the quantity of squash, the recipe calls for 2 acorn for the 6 servings. If I just math the recipe, it looks like I should use about 16 squash for the 50 servings. Does this sound right? Seems like a lot of squash. The other primary volume ingredients are coconut milk and water. Thanks for the help. |

| Yes thats what I would do. If you change the quantities it will be different from the original soup. |
