Freshly caught blue gills, bass and trout in that order. Prep? lightly floured and pan fried.

I really don't know freshwater fish too well.

Anything that has the words fish, panfried, and butter has got to be good though!

Hi All, I'm kinda new to this forum. Been lurking for a while but this is my first post. I love to fish and my favorite is early spring Crappie and Bluegill but most any fish out of COLD water is hard to beat.

Also, because I live near Lake Michigan I do catch Chinook and Coho salmon which, while not strictly a freshwater fish, is excellent straight from the lake to the grill.

They sure fight like heck, too. A 15+ lb. King wears me out.

Kevin

Lake Michigan Salmon, a put and take fisherie.
