Default Just fried some chicken

And I used Shortening.

After the chicken was done I fried potatoes.

I don't usually like to brag, but it made feel good about myself!

I really do wish you could have some of this!

Sorry, I just had to brag a little.

Did you salt them well too? It's important to use salt too!

And for all those that have been deceived by the salt/fat myth, here's some advice from the oldest person on the planet.

"....Mariam is a "healthy, active woman. She walks each day and makes sure she drinks at least one glass of olive oil..."

Brag away! When you cook something that comes out well, you buy yourself bragging rights here.

And fried chicken? MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
