Default High Plains Bison

I have received several catalogues from the mail order company, High Plains Bison, with tempting offers but wondered what people's experiences with this company are. Is the meat of high quality? Did you think the prices were reasonable ... would you buy from them again? Any information is welcome!

I don't know about HPB, but Lindner Bison is very popular at the local farmers markets in our area. They are small and their website is very simple, but the owners are super nice. It might be worth a call to compare prices. I have some ground in my freezer waiting for me to have a day off so I can enjoy.
