| I've read just to put salt/pepper and let it on low for 8 hours....seems too simple. I'm making it for easter, as well as a ham (don't ask!) and only have 1 oven and I hear great things about the crockpot for turkey. Any suggestions? Do I brown it first? and if so, how? and is it really as easy as just salt and pepper and low? No carrots celery onions? thanks in advance I'll be waking up at 7 to check it, thinking that 7 hours should do it, bout 1-2 hours on high and the rest on low? |
