Default i met Cat Cora today

well my school brought in cat cora to do a cooking demo and give a talk, i thought that it was very interesting and. she talked about setting goals and and just going out and doing it instead of talking about doing it.

in in nothern CA and we have some world class chefs here in san Francisco and Napa

i would love to send applications off to
both of Kellers restraints in napa French laundry( of course my first choice) and bushon
Chez Panisse-alice waters

those are top 3 but there are more, im hoping i get into one of kellers places because i have a place to stay down there already just right down the street with in walking distance to both of his restaurants, and to work under him would be such an honor and such a good learning experience.

there is also a few places in sacramento that im thinking about, but this talk that i went to really got me thinking that i dont have to settle for the job i have now( im a cook in a bar) and i need to aim high and i will get there one day, maybe not into the french laundry but hey ill move higher then were i am now
