Question Passionfruit Slice??

How do you make yours?? I have had heaps over the years, and I love them all, some I must admit some are better than others, but all had a beautiful cookie crumb base, but varied in the topping part, so I just want to know, "How do you make your passionfruit slice" or any other fruit slice for that matter, I love them all, A Mango or a Strawberry would be beautiful as well. Please tell us if you have a Delish one to share. Im all ears and eyes. Thanks for shareing in Advance.

Ok!!! A fruit slice has a biscuit base (cookie), then filled with cream/custard mix with a fruit of choice added if needed, then on top you add a fruit mix, in a jelly/jello, or just in a thick sauce or a natural sauce or juice, thickened up so it doesn't run and go sloppy or runny. I am not sure, thats why I am asking for advice, but I think that is the basics of it all. Thanks for your Help. You have to set each stage in the fridge, before you start the next stage, continue until it is finished, Then leave in the fridge for about 4-6 hours or overnight preferably, but I need ideas on exactly HOW to do it, as I am not quite sure if my way is the correct way.

Sunshinerecipes.com/cakesandslices.shtml has several fruit slice recipes. I've never made them before, it must be a Brit thing, no? It looks fairly easy, but there are several different methods mentioned. The "fruit slices" link doesn't say anything about refrigerating, but they "Pineapple Slice" uses gelatin and does require several stages of chilling. See if that site helps.
