Default has anybody made

pear chutney/relish or pear jam /jelly or pear preserves and if so do you have a recipe you want to share,

I'm probably not going to be much help but I put up pears each year in jars.

I use quarts, peel the pears with a peeler/corer. Cook them until almost soft in good apple juice. One year I didn't bath them and they all went bad, even though the pears were steaming hot when I put them in the jars.

My family and I eat these for supper, as part of our fruit/vegt.

Default i just thought pear jam/jelly sounded unusual

and thought it would be lovely to try and wondered if anybody had a recipe, I love home canned fruit,but dont do it very often
