Default Need to try out the new grill tomorrow...suggestions for a weeknight dish?

Any ideas for a somewhat quicker..weeknight meal (~1.5 hours total)?

Anything but beef as I've been gorging on it the past week.

I'm open to Duck, Chicken, Pork...

a quick side or two would be awesome too!

Had the Weber Real Grilling cookbook out and the orange ginger duck breast looked not so bad....

A pork meat loaf done in the grill like a huge burger, and sliced into servings. Some chicken in it would be nice--I'm thinking boneless cubed pieces.
Bulgogi marinade makes such a good flavor on the grill!

I tossed a inch thick pork chop seasoned with salt, pepper, and sage on the grill tonight. Simple but good but the outdoor cooking season is just getting started here. Most winters I cook outside but this winter a bad knee said no.

Mmmm, love the bulgogi idea. My girlfriend is Korean (albeit adopted by an american family at 7mo) and it's one of the only Korean things she likes.
