Default Trying something because I have time to burn

Red enchilada sauce (canned) mixed with stone-ground whole wheat flour to make gnocci. After the pasta is barely cooked, toss it in a fry pan with oil and garlic and, hmmm maybe Tiger sauce on it.

It turned out pretty good. White flour would have been better.

Tiger sauce is a sweet/sour/hot sauce.
