| Good Morning Everyone. I am new to this blog and maybe this is not quite related to this site however, I have 2 children with egg allergies and I am finding several products that contain yolkoline. I understand that this is a food colouring agent however does anyone know what it is derived from? Thanks, |

| sounds like it could be a type of emulsifyer or fat or liquid shortening ment to mock the lecithan in yolks. but alas it is a food coloring ment to save on food cost of adding extra yolks or eggs to achieve the perfect color.
