Post Meal Planning Software/Websites??

Have looked at a few software programs, but I guess just not the right ones. I lack to see the meal planning.......maybe software training.

Anywho, I was looking for some good nutritonal advice/meal planning. Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hey Todd,
Good nutrition programs are hard to come by. Software companies usually aim their products at tackling food costing etc. There are heaps of programs out there that say they do nutrition, but none of them (that I have seen)really do what they say they can! If you do find one that works, let us know.

For general home meal planing try: www.meals.com. they have recipes, a "recipe box" that you can add too and share with others, and a planning area. Hope this helps.
