 Has anyone used grilling paper? Has anyone used grilling paper? This place sells cedar grilling paper and you wrap the food in the cedar paper and then grill it. It seems it works kinda like cedar plank grilling, but you should get a lot more flavor this way. NorthWoods Smoke of Minnesota - cedar paper I just ordered some of the 7.5"x8" and 6"x6". I'm thinking of doing something with shimp or lobster, but a piece of fish might be good too, perhaps something like a crabcake but made with fish.
