Default German Cook Books!

Hey all,

I and my husband were fortunate to recieve his grand mothers worn and well loved cook books, however they are all in German. We wish to cook from these recipes, and bring some of her to our table, but can you believe neither of us can read the pages!! Does any one out there read and speak German well enough to translate a few recipes? Let me know, next step is to buy a dictionary and do our best. However measurements are not as we know them iether, so that's again an issue with translation.

I could probably do it. Quite likely, you'll want a scale though.
