| Yes, Abe, I did. Here's the recipe: Coconut Mango Curry Ice Cream 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon sweet curry powder (or less to taste) 2 eggs, beaten pinch of salt 1.5 cups milk 1 cup lite coconut Milk 3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut 1 cup fresh mango, diced Combine curry with sugar. Add to egg; whisk gently into milk, coconut milk, coconut and salt. Simmer, stirring frequently with a spoon, until the mixture coats the back of the spoon. Freeze according to ice cream freezer manufacturer's directions. Stir the mango pieces into the ice cream. Freeze until firm, about four hours. By Mezzaluna 2005
