I had company invited for BBQ spare ribs and I had to cook today. My sisters had drove 90 miles one way to get here. Wind was steady at 28 mph all day with gusts over 50 mph. Made fire control a real pain all day. I tucked the BBQ pit in behind the house but the wind coming over the roof made for some nice back drafts at times! Ribs were a bit over smoked to my taste but everyone else liked them.
