Simple Syrup
Can Simple Syrup be stored for a long period of time? I made some for a mint dressing and I have a lot leftover. Can it be saved?

Yes,
Seal in an airtight container and refrigerate till the end of time.
Of course if you added fresh mint leaves to it, I'm not too sure it would last more than 6 weeks

Yes
You can keep it in the firg for a couple of weeks or freeze it for a couple of months.
Wrap, lable should be okay.
