We grill quite often in summer. We've had two cookouts with invited guests, and have made lots of meals for our family already. I can't wait until the garden starts producing so I'll have fresh squash, peppers, etc. to grill along with proteins.

Grilling during the summer? Novel idea!

As soon as I get my sorry self away from this computer, I'm going out to get the charcoal started. Tonight is turkey burgers with sharp provolone and red bell pepper. Also a test batch of a grilled eggplant and portabella salad that may be what I take on this tuesday's dinner hike, we'll see how it turns out.

Too bad I forgot to get decent charcoal yesterday, have to suffer with that Kingsford stuff for tonight, drat!

What can I described for the summer time...Is meaning Grilling time for me!

In the summer, all my family members and relatives will gather on a villa, then we will starting the "Grilling Party".

Note: It's a all night long Grilling party, yeah it's kind of crazy but it's a fact.

I'm one of those Grill Year Round people. I've grilled and watched the snow melt as it gets close to the grill If it can be cooked, it can be grilled. I've found that out through plenty of experimentation. Most common Grill fare though are Ribeyes, filet mignon, Fish, chicken and flank steaks. When grilling make sure you have the best quality meat available. I will only buy my steaks at costco unless I have no other choice. Costco meats are USDA Prime, unfortunately the best I can get anywhere else around here is USDA Choice. I've gone to the local grocery and had steaks, and I just can't beat the quality, flavor, size and price of the cuts at costco.

RPMcMurphy those pictures look really yummy! Safeway has a grilling website that has some great recipes and desserts on the grill. I've never had a Grilled Banana split before, but I definitely want to try one. Heres the site, may you'll see something else you can grill and post the yummy pictures
