Has anyone been to the Square One Farmer's Market?

Has anyone been to the Square One Farmer's Market? (This in Canada, GTA)

Is it any good?

Is it Friday and Sunday or just Friday? There website says Fri & Sun, but a sign I saw just said Fri.
