Default Food Festivals Around The Country?

Well I was suposed to go to a BBQ festival out in Tennessee a few months ago but I was in school and couldnt get out of it. So basicly I am left with a plane ticket and my mom wants to buy a ticket as well but we're not sure where and when. So if anyone knows of any really good/cool food festivals or shows please let me know ASAP!

Thank you!

Gilroy Garlic Festival » July 25, 26 & 27, 2008

You would be close to San Francisco and not far from other areas around the bay - great areas to explore and some of the finest and most interesting restaurants in the country can be found in the area. Carmel, Big Sur, and Monterey are close to Gilroy as well.
