Default Wonderful surprises

So Mrs. Blue decides to complain that I haven't cut back the treeline this year, so I go out there with a clippers and find... RASPBERRIES!!! Yards and yards of RASPBERRIES! Sometimes I curse the birds... and sometimes I just make scones.

Not really sure how they even got there- I suspect the birds.

Picking was a little bit of a trial with all those thorns...

Not that they're wild, but the raspberries in the market just now are absolutely delicious, plump and sweet. Must be a good year for berries! I bet there'll be some jam at your house, too.
