Leftover broth? Decided to make some chicken quesadillas the other night, so I poached a chicken breast in a cup or so of chicken stock, and added a bit of a chopped yellow onion, some S&P, and a teaspoon or so of cumin.
The quesadillas turned out great, but the resulting broth/stock or whatever you call it smelled so good that I put it in the fridge to try to figure out what else to do with it.
