with no tomatoes.

I buy local, so for me not a problem. Same for the restaurant i work in. It's just whats in season. We didn't have tomatoes a month or so ago cause they were not in season. now we have so many heirloom varieties in supply our salads and sandwiches are a multi colored hue of tomato deliciousness. Same deal with the jalapenos. Heh, not saying we can't get poisioned, but at least we will know who to blame.

I put some some dried habanero chile in my V-8, let it sit overnight in the fridge, and then it's good
