Refreshing greens
hi everyone,
i had found out that soaking certain salad greens or herbs at room temperature or even warm water works better than in iced water.
Is there any scientific explaination for that? Thanks.

Can't really see how that could work better than cold water - wouldn't it wilt rather than crisp them? Maybe someone is pulling your leg
