Default Lots of Apples

WOW !!! Wish I had the problem of an abundance of apples !!

I would make and can (in jars, of course) applesauce, apple butter, pie filling and dry some. During the winter months there will be lots of use for them. One year we did have a lot of apples and we enjoyed applesauce all winter long.
