Default what to serve instead of wine

Help

Am catering a small (12 people) dinner party where the entree will be a vegetable cheese strudle served with a spring salad and vegetarian only appetizers. Am not allowed to serve wine with the meal. Would appreciate any suggestions on something to use instead.

thanks,
relic

What about:

1/4 Cranberry Juice
3/4 Soda Water

served in long glasses with a couple of ice cubes and a slice of lemon or a slice of lime. Not too sweet and refreshing.

Relic,
How do you serve a "Spring"salad in Fall?

Can you serve alcohalic beverages?

How about having a beverage buffet!
Minarel water with a # of choices of friut nectures and juices and fresh fruit garnish.

Your guest can create there own concoction.
Just a thought

Thanks for the advice guys
Yes, it is fall but the 'spring' salad is actually leafy greens that compliment the veggies in the strudle. Can't use any alcoholic beverages and the setting will be too formal for a beverage buffet. I do like the buffet for dinner parties though. Cranberry, a personal favorite, might work; I will have to try it.
Appreciate your suggetions,
relic

Tart apple cider or shrub...fruit syrup and club soda
An interesting herb infusion or an ice tea that is above par....maybe orange pekoe with orange zest or depending on veggies some tea that matches....There is non alcoholic
wine available these days.
